After a small research I found that this sloth figure is part of an Italian television collection which shows sloths in different professions. This was an interesting idea to make sloths part of different proffesions: football players, doctors, and singers.
In this case, my sloth with the orange T-shirt, black glasses, purple bag, and microphone could very well be a representation of a singing or performing sloth in this television series. So, the figure I took - is sloth-journalist, person, whose speaking skills, flexibility and talent is grand and the same features should have an actress on the stage.
Another similarity to this sloth with a proffession I found in the Barbie movies, which watchword is:
' We don't want labels on the toys they play with – we want to make up own rules and have a blank canvas'

I think the sloth toy is one of the examples of breaking the rules which is trully important nowadays.
