Website editing. Chapbook.

 Today, I will add to my website my second project from Creating Media production - my personal Chapbook.

I must say, that I` ve been working on my book really hard, especially I had a problems with a genre I chose. Because it is a detective story, I spent hours, creating a characters, their names and appearences; I created an interesting plot, to make it unpredictable. However, the most difficult part found out to be an editing part in Canva. By itself Canva is a great network for editing, and creating a unique style, but I thing Blurb could be much easier and more interesting to work with.

To add my final book to my website I need firstly, create a new page, be clicking Manage Pages - Blue Cross on a side. To make it as a Sub Page, we need to press on a 3 dots in the end of the page on a menu and then choose Make a Sub Page.

Now, to our Page I would like to add a big title Chapbook on the left side of the page by clicking Add text on the Tools menu. Also, we need to add a button with url adress to the Chapbook in Canva. For this, I will click on a Tools menu - Add elements - Button. Now, I will just choose the desigh I prefer and will add it to the bottom next to my title. I liked the sand colour style on my page, dso I decided to keep this colour pallette and for my button I chose a grey colour with a white letters on it.

Now, I need to add my actual book on my Chapbook page. For this, I will go to Cnava and Coppy the Enbed by pressing Share on the corner of my book. Now, on my page I will press on a Tools menu -  + - Enbeded Code - Enbeded HTML. On my page appearing an empty window, on which I will need to add the URL, which I coppied from the Canva. At the end I will press the Update button at the buttom of this window.

Under the book and a button I will add another section, in which shortly describe what is the book about and it`s chapters.

My final Chapbook page looks like this. I add the title, the button under it and a book, using URL adress. At the end I will also check a Mobile Mode of this Page.

I love this type of project even it wasn`t related to my main course. However, maybe for the future it will be helpfull in creating scenarios for me on a Performing arts. In addition, i would like to create more projects like this.
